To secure your villa booking it is a very simple process.
You can either use the built-in search function (Search First Option) to check what villas are available on your preferred travel dates. Or find your perfect villa and book when it is available (Check Availability Option).

Search First Option
Step 1) Navigate to the villa rentals section on the website via the menu in the header or simply use the search that is located on the homepage. We also have a number of ‘Quick Search’ forms on different pages too.
Via the Find A Villa search, you can search all villas, or choose a region and search within the region.
If you just want to see what villas we have, you can do that also. This is useful if you’re having a browse or have flexible dates and want to use our Check Availability Option.
Step 2) Choose your search parameters for your villa, this will be the dates, number of people, region and price range.
Then click search.
You may have used one of our ‘Quick Search’ forms. This will ask for some more basic search information, but you will end up in the same place for the search results in step 3.
Step 3) Your search results page will list only the properties that met your requirements.
If you have some flexibility in your dates, or region, please re-search to find your dream property. You can always use our Check Availability Option too.
From here you can either see more details about the property or go ahead and book – please see step 4 – booking below.
Check Availability Option
Step 1) Navigate to the villa rentals on the website via the menu in the header, from here you can view all villas.
If you have already navigated to a villa you love via another way, such as viewing regions, looking at villa profiles or maybe you have been sent a link, booking your villa is really simple once you are on the villa page.
If you want to search to narrow your options or have refined criteria you can alternatively use our Search First Option.
Step 2) When viewing your dream villa, you can also see the property calendar and its availability.
If you have flexibility in your dates, from here you can ensure that you secure the villa you want. Simply cross-reference the availability and then enter your reservation dates.
Step 3) Confirm the dates you have entered by clicking the ‘Check Availability’ button.
On confirmation you will then be able to proceed and book your villa via the ‘Confirm Reservation’ button.
This will take you to step 4 – booking the villa.
Book
Step 4) Booking your villa is straightforward.
Confirm the details are correct, such as your villa, booking dates, prices and this is the chance for you to also add any additional guest services.
Next enter your contact details and proceed to ‘Book’.
You will get email confirmation of your reservation. We will then book this on your behalf, cross-referencing any other bookings the villa owner may have taken, prior to updating the villa calendar. Villas are often listed on multiple websites, with agents and even private bookings, therefore we will not take any payment until this is confirmed and booked in your name. At which point we’ll get in touch to take payment and help you start planning your dream trip to Orlando.
